Rikki Rendich Samuels is an American professional figure skating coach at the Rink at Rockefeller Center and at Chelsea PiersFact|date=June 2008, both in New York City. She was awarded 3 master ratings from The Professional Skating AssociationFact|date=June 2008 and two gold medals from the United States Figure Skating AssociationFact|date=June 2008 and she won the gold medal of the Middle Atlantic Senior Ladies Championships both in 1958 and in 1959.Fact|date=June 2008 She also competed in the U.S.F.S.A. Nationals from 1955-1959.Fact|date=June 2008Rikki Rendich Samuels pioneered what was known as the "Rickie Step" -- a diagonal step from one end of a standard sized ice skating rink to the other side of the rink performing all the possible turns (three turns, brackets, rockers and counters) backwards and forwards on one foot.Fact|date=June 2008 She trained with coaches Gus Lussi in Lake Placid, New York and with Maribel Vinson in Boston, Massachusetts.Fact|date=June 2008
