Jadal

Jadal (Arabic: جدل "Jadal", "strife") is a Jordanian Arabic rock band was formed in 2003 by Mahmoud Radaideh (Guitars) and consists of Kamel AlMani (Bass guitar), Rami Delshad (Vocals), and Laith Nimri (Drums).

By playing Rock, the music they like, and singing their own Jordanian Arabic lyrics, and by combining these two genres Jadal's Mahmoud Radaideh came up with the new genre Arabic Rock.

Recordings

In late 2003 Jadal recorded their first cover song Hit «Kol Ma Gool Al-Tobah» for the legendary Egyptian artist Abdel Halim Hafez. With that the band was successful in getting the listeners’ attention and the acceptance of this genre through simply playing a song they all know and love but in Jadal’s style. This approach was an excellent introduction for Jadal and their genre. Jadal’s “Kol Ma Gool Al-Tobah” was broadcasted on Jordanian radio stations for three years in a row, making that the first Official Arabic Rock song in the region. Jadal played many successful gigs around Jordan and participated in many cultural events, such as: The Spanish week and the French Cultural Centers events. Jadal had a growing fan base since then, in and outside Jordan and the Middle East.

Future releases

Lately Jadal released their second hit “Salma” and which has been broadcasted non-stop on Jordanian radio stations and got greater feedback than expected. vision

Jadal’s main goal is directing their talents through music. And most importantly to represent Jordan and add to the music scene in Jordan.
