Ugallery, LLC operates Ugallery.com, an online art gallery for student artists and recent graduates. The website features “a roster of more than 125 artists from 70 universities and colleges” around the country. [http://www.azstarnet.com/sn/aznightbuzz/213576 uSEFUL uGALLERY.com. Arizona Daily Star. 2007.] The company was founded in June 2006 by University of Arizona graduates, Stephen Tanenbaum, Alex Farkas, and Greg Rosborough.

Ugallery.com is the first and only online gallery to solely represent student artists. The site launched in October, 2006, one month before Charles Saatchi opened his Stuart site which also exhibits student and emerging artists. In October 2007, the Wall Street Journal reported on the progress of Stuart while highlighting Ugallery’s success for artists. Ugallery.com has also garnered attention around the possibility of discovering the next art world stars. The New York Post reported, “The spot to find emerging artists, Ugallery (ugallery.com) offers the work of art school students and recent grads at extremely affordable prices. Who knows?
