The Austin 360 Condominiums Tower is a residential skyscraper at 360 Nueces Street, Austin, Texas, United States, standing 563 feet (172 m) tall and containing 44 floors. The structure has been topped out as of mid-November 2007, and construction was officially completed on May 22, 2008. [ [http://www.lifesurroundsyou.com/ Official Site] ]
As of June 2008, it is the tallest building in Austin, surpassing the Frost Bank Tower in height, as well as the tallest residential building in the state of TexasFact|date=June 2008. However, these distinctions are temporary as The Austonian (currently under construction) will rise to a height of 683 ft and is expected to be completed by 2009 [ [http://www.theaustonian.com/ The Austonian] ] .
