A Wind Is Blowing

A Wind Is Blowing

"A Wind Is Blowing" (1969) is the last fiction novel written by the English children's writer Monica Edwards.

Aimed at an older audience than most of her previous works, with the characters themselves having grown older, it is an apt and poignant farewell to the world of 1950s childhood, already distant by the late 1960s, which her earlier books had embodied.
