Arthur K. Delaney (1841 - 1905) was an
Alaska npolitician and the first mayor ofJuneau, Alaska , from 1900 to 1901. Delaney came to Alaska, originally seeking success from theKlondike Gold Rush of the late 1890s. [http://www.familychronicle.com/klond_d.htm]He was also an
attorney andjudge , and a participant in "Marks v. Shoup ", a 1901 United States Supreme Court case.
