Meir Manny Lehman

__NOTOC__Professor Meir Manny Lehman is known as the "father of software evolution". He was a Professor at Imperial College London from 1972 to 2002. In 2002, he moved to Middlesex University in London. His research contributions include the early realization of the software evolution phenomenon and the so called Lehman's laws of software evolution.

# Software must continually evolve, or grow useless, and
# The structure of evolving software tends to degrade.
