Anton Ghering

Anton Ghering (died 1668) was a Flemish Baroque painter who specialized in architectural church interiors.cite book | author = Hans Vlieghe | year = 1998 | title = Flemish Art and Architecture, 1585-1700 | series = Pelican history of art | location = New Haven | publisher = Yale University Press | pages = 201| id = ISBN 0300070381] He is best-known for his interior of the Antwerp church of "St. Walburgis" (Royal Museum of Fine Arts, Antwerp) which records the original placement along with the frame and predella paintings of Peter Paul Rubens's "Raising of the Cross".
