Holitman Drive (Ottawa)

Holitman Drive is a collector road in Ottawa, Ontario. It serves the community of Barrhaven in the south end of the city. Its name is derived from Holitzner Homes, which developed the area in the early 1980s. The street serves as a collector [ [http://www.ottawa.ca/city_services/planningzoning/2020/transpo/toc_en.shtml] Ottawa 20/20 Transportation Master Plan] for several upscale homes in northeastern Barrhaven.

Holitman Drive begins at Fallowfield Road, just west of the Barrhaven Crossing shopping plaza. OC Transpo route 95 serves this intersection. The street proceeds south and turns southwest to run parallel to CN Rail tracks. Neill-Nesbitt Park is found on the northwest side of the street, while a pedestrian underpass under the railroad tracks provides access to Longfields and Mother Teresa High School. Holitman Drive terminates in the west at Foxfield Drive.
