events=Forward Operating Base Kalsu, also known as FOB Kalsu or simply Camp Kalsu, is a U.S. Military installation in
Iskandariya ,Iraq , 20 miles south ofBaghdad . It was established in May 2003 by theNew York Army National Guard unit the105th Military Police Company [cite web | title=Early history of FOB Kalsu | publisher=GlobalSecurity.org | url=http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/iraq/iskandariyah.htm | accessdate=2004-08-15] based in Buffalo, NY and serving in Iraq. It was named in honor ofBuffalo Bills playerBob Kalsu who was killed serving inViet Nam .
