Sophia, Princess of Prussia ( _de. Sophie; March 31 1582 – December 4 1610) was a German princess of the Duchy of Prussia and a member of the House of Hohenzollern.

Sophia was the daughter of Albert Frederick, Duke of Prussia, and Maria Eleonore of Brandenburg. On October 22 1609, she married Wilhelm Kettler, son of Gotthard Kettler of Courland and Anna of Mecklenburg-Schwerin.
