Folk Hinduism or Popular Hinduism is the aspect of
Hinduism as afolk religion orethnic religion , i.e. nominal Hinduism mixed with Animist practice, as opposed to its scholastic or mystical aspects (Brahmanism ,Vedanta ,Hindu philosophy ).
