Dziadkowo ( _de. Altenau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Cieszków, within Milicz County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|7|km|mi|0 south-west of Cieszków, convert|7|km|mi|0 north of Milicz, and convert|55|km|mi|0 north of the regional capital Wrocław.
