treaty signed at Soldin (Myślibórz) byWaldemar, Margrave of Brandenburg-Stendal , and theTeutonic Order .After having been earlier hired by the Polish duke
Władysław I the Elbow-high to support Danzig against Waldemar, resulting in theTeutonic takeover of Danzig when Poland did not pay up, the Order instead purchased from Waldemar the rights toPomerelia and Danzig (Gdańsk) for 10,000 silver Mark to legally keep the town and lands.The treaty was subsequently confirmed in 1311 by Emperor-elect Henry VII [
