Shane Nance

Shane Nance

Joseph Shane Nance (born September 7, 1977 in Pasadena, Texas) is an American former professional baseball player. A pitcher, Nance played Major League Baseball from 2002 to 2003 with the Milwaukee Brewers and in 2004 with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Career HighlightsNance only successfully pitched one season of over 20 innings. His other Major League seasons were cut short by trips up and down to the minor leagues. Shane's career ERA was 5.02 with one win and three losses, as stated by www.mlb.com. Due to poor performance and lack of ability to retain on an MLB roster, Nance retired after the 2004 season.
