Long Tall Sally Clothing

Long Tall Sally is a clothing label for tall women over 5'8. Its clothing has featured in television shows such as "Make me a super model" and "How to look good naked"Fact|date=November 2007. The label was set up in 1975 by American Judy Rich. In 2005 it was taken over by Amery Capital, which was founded by the former Marks and Spencer director Maurice Helfgott with support from the Bennett brothers, Maurice and Michael. The Bennett’s were the founders of Warehouse and Oasis, played a role in the development of Coast and also in the transformation of Phase Eight. Amery Capital also owns the women’s clothing store, Kookai.

The first store was opened in 1976 on Chiltern Street in the West End of London. Further stores opened after 1977 across other areas of the UK.
