Seremban Interchange is a major interchange of the North-South Expressway Southern Route in Malaysia. It was a pioneer interchange of the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway connecting Kuala Lumpur to Seremban. When the Seremban-Ayer Keroh sections was opened and a closing of the old Seremban toll plaza near Labu in 1986, the toll plaza was constructed in this interchange.

Current developments

New Seremban Interchange and Toll Plazas

The government will build a new toll plaza in Seremban to ease the traffic congestion into town and the surrounding areas. The total cost for land acquisition and the construction of the toll plaza and an access road is RM168mil.
