The Undergraduate Business School at IILM is a private college at New Delhi, India.

IILM UBS boasts of an eminent faculty team from the academic & professional fields, a unique blend of the young & experienced. The Institute faculty base comprises guest, visiting & regular faculty having a faculty student ratio of 1:10. Faculty members also actively associate in industry interaction seminars and conferences which help in keeping constant touch with recent developments in industry to make education and training programmes more meaningful and relevant.

The institute is aiming to emerge as an internationally reckoned fully integrated management institute of higher learning. To accomplish its mission, IILM has collaborated with the University of Bradford to offer undergraduate courses. The curriculum, syllabi, study material and the case studies are all similar to University of Bradford. There is proper coordination between the faculty and administration staff of both the institutions. Students have an opportunity to transfer to University of Bradford anytime after the completion of their first year at IILM. They jointly sponsor two students each batch for a month to visit University of Bradford. This gives wide exposure to the students and the selection for this sponsorship is purely on merit.
