* Johnny Gaddaar: Crime-drama of a man who tries to work things in his favour but gets himself in too deep. Marks the debut of Neil Nitin Mukesh and also stars Rimi Sen, Vinay Pathak and Dharmendra. Directed by Sriram Raghavan.

* : Story about a guard who protects the secrets of a royal family. Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Boman Irani, Vidya Balan and Raima Sen. The film was chosen as India's official entry to the Oscars. Directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
