The single was released as a digital single, to be released only online. It became a popular hit by being a Grico's "Pocky&Men's Pocky" commercial song. The commercial was released on October 2, 2007. One of the people related to ayaka requested for "ayaka's best song" after listening to her song at a live event before her debut. Ayaka wrote the song before her concert tour, then she sang for the first time at the tour before the release. It was released on November 11, 2007 (Pocky's Day) on few sites, then later on other sites 3 days later.
