The railway operator is National Railways of Zimbabwe.

Recently, Zimbabwe had launched Autofamba (Plural:Maautofamba] the highway network , and Autoruwendo the freeway network of Zimbabwe.

Mainly, Zimbabwe has poorly maintenanced roads, but an excellent road network. The roads are governed by Zimstrada, a subsidiary of Italy's Autostrada.
