BOX-ON

BOX-ON

BOX-ON! is a new standardized youth fitness program dedicated to using boxing training techniques as a means of achieving a healthy, active lifestyle. It is administered by Boxing Ontario and is available all over the province of Ontario. The program is a non-contact routine that is adaptable to facility limitations and recreational schedules. It is designed to challenging, fun and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is intended for youth ages 8-17 and can be utilized by program administrators in all types of clubs and youth centres.

 Aboriginal Community Centers
 Boys and Girls Clubs
 Other Recreational Facilities

Benefits of BOX-ON

Becoming an Instructor

There are several reasons why people become BOX-ON! instructors. They include getting coaching experience, being leader/mentor in their community, promote their own boxing club, develop their communication skills and self-confidence and financial gain.There is a constant, on-going recruitment of instructors throughout Ontario, due to an increased demand for their services.
