Tan Binh Phan Nguyen

Tan Binh Phan Nguyen is the Dean of the Holy Synod of the Anglo-Lutheran Catholic Church (ALCC). He also is the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of the Southeast; Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Our Lady of La Vang (a non-geographic Archdiocese for ethnic Vietnamese parishes of the ALCC), and Archbishop Nguyen also is the ALCC's Metropolitan for Southeast Asia. His chancery is in Jonesboro, Georgia, U.S.A., where he also is Rector Our Lady of La Vang Lutheran Church ALCC.
