Morakinyo "Big Mike" Williams is a 6'11" freshman from Solihull, England who attended the University of Kentucky and then transfered to Duquesne following his freshman year. In high school, he was named to the All-Tournament team at the 2006 Mid-Atlantic Invitational Tournament. He averaged 14 points and 10 rebounds per game as a senior at Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, VA.

Debut

Morakinyo played 19 minutes in Kentucky's 2007 season opener win over University of Central Arkansas. He made 2 of 3 shots for 4 points, had 2 offensive rebounds, 3 defensive rebounds, and 1 assist. Freshman Season

After his freshman season Williams obtained a release from his scholarship at Kentucky and transfered to Duquesne.
