Description
The shell is small, with the anterior valve large and the posterior valve small. The lateral areas are inconspicuously ridged, and the whole surface is delicately and densely sculptured with concentric lirations.
Coloration is uniformly light greenish-buff to reddish-brown, sometimes speckled with black.
Length is up to 21 mm, and the width is up to 12 mm.
