Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute ( AFGJI), situated at Subroto Park, Delhi Cantonment is a public school run by Indian Air Force Educational and Cultural Society.
Initially established in 1985, it started as a school only for mentally disabled children. Subsequently, it was felt that an integrated institution was a better option.
This double-pronged concept served the purpose of inculcating values of compassion, harmony, comradeship among all students. The principal is Mrs. Sarcar and Vice-Principal of General Wing is Mrs. Poonam Rampal.The school was established primarily for the benefit of children of Indian Air Force personnel. It is open to children of Army and Navy personnel as well as to civilians. The Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute is a co-educational public school.
Over the years AFGJI has established itself as one of the best public schools of DelhiFact|date=October 2008 by producing regional toppers in board exams.
