WLVL (1340 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a News Talk Information format. Licensed to Lockport, New York, USA, the station serves the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area. The station is owned by Dick Greene's Culver Communications, who has purchased WECK in Cheektowaga. WECK will be built around the same programming model as WLVL and will carry much of the same syndicated programming, as WLVL owns the Buffalo area broadcast rights to several prominent national shows. While WLVL's local programs center around Niagara County, WECK focuses on Erie County.
