Achina is a town in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. The inhabitants are members of the Igbo people.

Achina is traditionally made up of three interdependent villages namely Ebele, Umueleke and Umuezeiyi. It is the headquarters of the defunct Amaiyi local government area. It is famous for its Ezekoro streams and forests where the forefathers of the community showed their civilization by stopping the landslide/erosion that is about 10 kilometers in length. The forest is still standing though people from the Akpo and some Achina sections of the community are encroaching by raising structures, thereby reviving the landslide. A deeply religious community with many traditional shrines, and mainly converts to Christianity, the community is made up of three Roman Catholic parishes, two Anglican churches and many pentecostal prayer homes. Achina was plunged into a political chieftaincy tussle in the 1980s and 1990s. The sons and daughter of Achina are widely travelled and there is hardly any field of endeavour Achina indigenes would be found wanting.
