Frosty Meadows is a subdivision located near Clifton, Virginia. It was built in the 1970s. It is on top of a few hills and includes close to 25 homes. All of the homes consisting of Chapel Road addresses.

The community is located across the street from Chapel Road Park. A local bird sanctuary park located across the street.
