† Appearances (Goals).Charles Frederick "Charlie" Calladine (24 January 1911 – 29 October 1983) was an English professional footballer who played as a wing half. Born in Wessington, Derbyshire, Calladine started his football career with Scunthorpe & Lindsey United before moving to Birmingham in 1930, where he played more than 100 games in the Football League First Division. He was a physically strong player with pace and a powerful shot. After leaving Birmingham he played for Blackburn Rovers and Guildford City, whom he helped to runners-up spot in the Southern League. He died in Matlock, Derbyshire in 1983 at the age of 72.
