Chuck Coleman

Chuck Coleman

Chuck Coleman (born Charles Colman) is a jazz-pop singer/songwriter.

Coleman started piano lessons early in his childhood and began writing and singing in his adolescence. He attended Yale University, where he sang with the Duke's Men of Yale and the Whiffenpoofs, two of the school's all-male a cappella groups. During his senior year, Coleman formed a band, including future members of the Brooklyn indie group Shout to Talk, and recorded and produced his first album, "People, Places, and Flings", which was released on his own Duke of Ohio label.

Coleman lives in New York City.
