Bleuette Bernon

Bleuette Bernon was a French film actress, who appeared in five films by Georges Méliès at turn of the 20th century. The first films, which were made in the 19th century, were usually without plot and had a runtime of just a few minutes. However, Georges Méliès evolved the genre of the fictional motion picture. Bernon was therefore one of the most earliest character actors in movies. She played in year 1899 in the film "Jeanne d'Arc" the main character, Joan of Arc and Cinderella in "Cendrillon" and appeared in year 1901 in a film "Barbe-bleue". In year 1902 she appeared in a minor role in "A Trip to the Moon", which is the best known film of Georges Méliès, as one lady in the moon. She appeared as Aurora in year 1903 in the film "".
