Maxwell was born Jeremy Maxwell Kramer in Grants Pass, Oregon; He has one older Sister. According to the Internet Movie Database, Maxwell speaks Danish language, and speaks English, according to the movies he has appeared in. Maxwell made his first film appearance in the film "Flow" taking the role as 'Vampire #2'. Maxwell first appeared on television in 1996.

Maxwell known recent role on television is playing 'Sylvester' in the TV series "Summerland". Also, Maxwell has made appearances in movies including "Winning London", "The Andy Dick Show", "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle", "The Duke", "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" and finally "Undressed". Although Maxwell had the lead in only "The Hazing", "The Duke", and "Undressed" he had minor roles in nearly every movie he has appeared in, he will probably get a leading role sometime in the future.
