Katharine Fletcher (born February 22, 1983) is a
freelance games journalist, best known as the writer and presenter ofvideo podcast ChannelFlip Games (formerly Play:Digital) for online video magazineChannelFlip . She started to receive attention from the technology and gaming press with Play:Digital episode 11, a review ofNintendo DS game The Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass, which Katharine presented dressed as the game's protagonist Link.She was the executive editor of Darkness Visible, an educational website on John Milton hosted by Christ's College,
Cambridge (launched January 2008), and has also written Ludolatry, an opinion column on PC gaming for Custom PC magazine, from issue 54 (March 2008) to date.Education
Katharine has a BA(Hons) in English and an MPhil in
