French ship Le Triomphant (1778)

The "Triomphant" was a ship of the line of the French Navy.

Built in Toulon in 1778, she was launched in 1779. She took part in the three battles at Guichen in 1780 and served in the American war of Independence. She was destroyed by fire in Toulon on the 1793-12-18. She was refloated in 1805 and scrapped
