Fleetlinc

FleetLinc is a web based GPS tracking and fleet management system from CES Wireless. It provides the user with a set of productivity tools to manage their fleet through a web interface, accessible anywhere in the world by any number of dispatchers or users.

GPS Fleet Management encompasses many different disciplines including GPS vehicle tracking, message dispatch, job ticketing, e-commerce, vehicle sensors and control, vehicle maintenance, integration to market specific software, graphical tracking mapping, wireless integration and custom integration to industry specific equipment.

CES Wireless’s principal activity is to provide fleet resource management product and services. Manufactured and developed solutions (base software and in-vehicle hardware) integrate global positioning system (GPS) technology, wireless communications, transaction processing, GPS vehicle tracking and software applications to enable companies to efficiently manage their mobile resources. GPS and Fleet Management Systems are using by fleet operators for many reasons, principally to provide them with information on the unknown–the activities of their fleets and to provide instant data communication of vehicle activity and GPS position.

CES Wireless offer two distinct GPS fleet management solutions; a PC (or Client-Server) fleet management software (POWER-trak) and a Web based subscriber service (Fleetlinc). The two systems have a similar basic feature set, with POWER-trak being more advanced, having the capability of being interfaced with third party software systems, a credit card processing option, SMS/Email Alert system, arrival notification and Google support.

The major difference to customers is the up front cost. With POWER-trak the customer buys the software as a once off purchase, with FleetLinc (web hosted solution) the customer pays a small monthly fee (with no up front cost) to access their vehicle data using Internet Explorer. Dealers can host their own Fleetlinc solution in-country.
