Sploging is the practice of copying, in part or in whole, the posts or content of another's blog and posting it as your own on your blog.

Blog ranking is impacted by the quality and frequency of posting and splogging bloggers believe they are able to 'cheat the system' by using this practice.

This is a practice that embodies plagiarism and copyright infringement. Real estate bloggers regularly see this practice and the remedy is to contact the purported owner of the site, determined by a WhoIs search, and failing that, contacting the ISP they use to host their site.
