West Grove (Cardiff)

West Grove is a street in the area of Roath, Cardiff, situated off Newport Road. The Queen's Buildings of Cardiff University [ [http://www.cf.ac.uk/locations/maps/map-e4.html Cardiff University city centre map] ] , Kings Monkton School and the former West Grove Unitarian Church are all located in West Grove. The Mansion House is officially in Richmond Road, but it is at the extreme end of West Grove and dominates the northern end of the street.

Important buildings and structures in West Grove

The Queen's Buildings in The Parade (off of West Grove) house the School of Engineering, School of Computer Science and School of Physics and Astronomy of Cardiff University. The Public Analyst's Laboratory in the Queen's Buildings is a Grade II Listed Building

Kings Monkton School was established in 1870, and is an independent day school [ [http://www.kingsmonkton.org.uk/ Kings Monkton School website] ] .
