This appears to be a very rare aeolid nudibranch: there have only been sporadic reportings in south eastern
Australia , includingTasmania , and northeasternNew Zealand .Habitat
Specimens have been taken from silty sand at low water, and under a piece of timber below a pier at a depth of 4 m.
Description
The coloration is drab to pale yellow, and the body is covered in elongated
papilla e edged with brown.The length is between 30 and 50 mm.
