KLBM AM ("Supertalk 1450") is an AM radio station in La Grande, Oregon broadcasting on a frequency of 1450 kHz. KLBM is simulcast with KBKR in Baker City, Oregon. It is owned by Pacific Empire Radio Corporation.

KLBM (K "L"aGrande "B"lue "M"ountains) was founded in 1938 in La Grande, Oregon, and after formerly near where Wendell's Corner and the Sac Annex is today, the radio station has been in its own bungalow on Cove Avenue since 1971. Long term air personalities include Warren Curry 1950's through the 1970s (continuing as chief engineer into the early 1990s), and one-time owner Kenneth L. Lillard (1940's-1960's). Ken Lillard owned the radio station for four decades, selling and retiring in 1984. He died in March 2008. KLBM also had a secondary radio station operating as an FM signal since the 1960s, originally as KFMT, then KLBM-FM. KLBM-AM 1450 initially was classified as an adult contemporary music station, and also conducted many man-on-the-street interviews, local sports broadcasts, and an affiliation with ABC News and Associated Press...boasting also a complete localised news department. A fallout shelter behind the station at its current location once boasted the resources, food, potable water, and propane-fired electrical generators to run the AM station remotely on reduced power with a staff of two for fourteen days.
