Jay Williams (Song Writer & Performer)

Jay Williams- song Writer and performer was born in London in September 1973.

Most recognised for his work with Eurovision hopefuls, and failures, Love City Groove Jay had a long career in music having been signed to his first label Warner Music at the age of sixteen. Responsible for various one hit wonders, Jay quickly built an industry reputation for clever lyrics and dependable session work. It was at such a session at Warner that Jay recorded his vocals for Love City Groove.

Having worked with a variety of bands/artists as diverse as RPM/The Runaways, DarkMan, All Saints,Ant and Dec and even the questionable Mr Blobby charity single. Jay finally retired from music in 1997 and now works in property finance for UBS AG, the giant Swiss global banking group.
