Wayne Warrington

Wayne B. Warrington, Jr (born February 25, 1957, in Washington DC) is a consumer advocate, entrepreneur, writer and licensed private investigator. He is the Chairman of The Wayne Foundation, a private family 501(c)(3) foundation dedicated to charitable giving and humanitarian causes. He is the son of Wayne B. Warrington, Sr., a former White House Official whose disappearance in 1971 spurred a nationwide search by various federal and local law enforcement agencies and prompted national media attention on organized crime activities in the USA dealing with the FDA. After receiving the final reports of the investigation from the US Senate, Wayne Jr. entered into the investigative business and in 1981 became one of the youngest leaders within the investigative industry and specializing in the recovery of Unclaimed Property for the American Public. In 2007 he converted one of the oldest investigative organizations, specializing in the $1 trillion dollar Unclaimed Property marketplace in America to a consumer registry that is operated free of charge to consumers in North America allowing them to locate and recover their portion of the unclaimed property being held by trustees and government agencies.
