Last of Kin

Overview

Last of Kin was an experimental videogame spawned from the Resident Evil series. The story shows Ada Wong, protagonist of the Separate Ways minigame in Resident Evil 4 as she battles her way through hordes of ganados in a gigantic forest in Europe. Along the way she befriends some allies, but by the end, none remain by her side.

The game is being developed using PlayStation 2 software, though the final version is intended to be released also on Sony's PlayStation Portable and Games for Windows The game is not made by licensed developers and thus is not expecting mainstream success, but some Resident Evil fans have expressed interest in the project. The development team are hoping Capcom will invest and adapt the story and gameplay.

Development was shut down on the 17th of December, 2007.

SIG SG 550 - Ada's primary weapon
Browning 9mm Pistol - Ada's secondary weapon
Colt King Cobra - A powerful revolver acquired (optionally) in the second chapter
Winchester Model 1897 - Shotgun acquired in the second chapter
