On Monday 7th April 2008, it was announced that Toolstation Ltd and
Travis Perkins plc have agreed a new partnership.Travis Perkins, with a successful history which can be traced back to 1797, is a long-established name in the building supplies sector.
Travis Perkins has now invested in Toolstation and will be supporting an accelerated roll-out of Toolstation branches. The partnership means that Toolstation will continue to run independently, but with the financial backing of one of the UK's most successful companies.
