Blake Costanzo (born April 14, 1984 in city-state|Franklin Lakes|New Jersey) is an American football linebacker for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He was signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at Lafayette.
