LiveHive Systems Incorporated is a software development company based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

The company specializes in interactive technology for television broadcasters, fantasy sports sites and web portals. Its NanoGamingTM technology converts live TV shows into real-time prediction opportunities.

LiveHive’s NanoGaming product is currently powering ESPN’s PlayCaller, an interactive game that lets viewers predict what will happen during Monday Night Football. NFL’s San Francisco 49ers is also using LiveHive’s NanoGaming technology.

On July 29, 2007, the company launched its NanoGaming platform on NASCAR.COM at the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Viewers compete on their computers against other players to answer trivia questions in real-time while watching the race live on TV.

The company also partnered with CanWest MediaWorks Inc. to produce Big Brother ‘In The House’, an interactive application that let viewers play along with the reality TV show.
