"Loose" is the second song on Detroit rock group The Stooges' second album, "Fun House". It has been acclaimed as one of the Stooges' best songs, and one of the best garage rock songs of all time. It features a simple guitar line using the common E to G to A progression, used in countless other rock songs. Iggy Pop repeats a vocal, "I'll stick it, deep inside", never specifically saying what "it" is. On the Fun House Sessions boxset, there are 32 takes of this song. On one, a voice can be heard suggesting sarcastically that the band should release an entire album filled with takes of "Loose".
