Hong Kong Basic Law Annex Two

Annex II of the Basic Law of Hong Kong, entitled "Method for the Formation of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Its Voting Procedures", defines the procedure for electing the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
