Fallz

Fallz achieves a unique vision of music by combining huge modern dynamic rhythms and heavy guitar riffs, electro/industrial production, with melodic, engaging female vocals. The result is an edgy yet commercial sound that appeals simultaneously to a wide variety of music fans.

Fallz music has been featured on MTV’s Power Girls reality series, Tekademics’ Mischief Invasion and Mischief Dynasty CD Soundtracks, and Superverse’s Zoom Suit comic promotions. In addition, Fallz has licensed music to Volkswagen, Digital Studios Group and provides music for many interactive media companies.

Fallz performed at the Florida Grammy Showcase 2006, having been chosen by The Florida chapter of the Recording Academy of America one of the six top bands from Florida and Puerto Rico. Fallz were the featured artist on There.com, Distort.com and were finalists in the All Access Music Awards (UK), Buzz Bake Sale Battle of the Bands, and South Florida Battle of the Bands.

FALLZ were featured on the cover of The New Times (Broward edition) in September 2006. Jason Budjinski of the New Times states, "FALLZ visual appeal is just the icing on this electro-rock layer cake. It's the audio ingredients that make this seven-song EP a winner — an equally solid mix of songwriting, execution, and production."

The Miami-based band is fronted by Aya Gruber, a powerful show-woman with intense stage presence and musical ability. In addition to writing music and lyrics, Aya performs vocals, guitar, and keyboards with Fallz. Aya has work with Raymond Herrera (Fear Factory), Jeremy Blair (engineer – Guns n Roses), Russel Ali (XEO3), DJ Cedric Gervais, DJ Snezana, Tony Choi (Area 305).

In addition to playing guitar, bass, backing vocals, programming, production and songwriting for Fallz, Brett Fisher is also owner of [http://www.ninthcircleproduction.com Ninth Circle Production] , Fallz management company. Brett has worked with numerous musicians including John Bechdel (Ministry, False Icons, Killing Joke, Prong, and Fear Factory), Tony Costanza (Machine Head, Crisis, Crobar), and Norman Scott (Gruntruck).

Renowned electronic music producer Robert Collado, whose past productions have hit #1 on the major European club charts, produces and plays keywords with Fallz. Robert has done productions and remixes for EMI, Eye Industries, Ministry of Sound, Scorpio Music, Virgin Records, Akala, Sandra, Ron Carroll, and Brandy. In addition to co-owning Ninth Circle Production LLC, Robert also produces and performs with the electro group Baxter Baxter.

Rounding out Fallz lineup on drums is Brandon Cruz. Brandon is a classical percussionist and has performed with the New World Symphony, the Miami Symphony Orchestra. Brandon was the recipient of the Allan Dawson Memorial Scholarship presented by the Boston Jazz Society. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Performance from Florida International University and earned his Master's Degree in Jazz Studies from the New England Conservatory of Music.
