Frank Hearne (23 November 1858 in Ealing, England – 14 July 1949 in Cape Town, South Africa) was a cricketer.

One of the few men to play Test cricket for more than one country, he played for both England and South Africa.

At Newlands, Cape Town, in March 1892, he made his debut for South Africa having already appeared twice for his native England. In the one-off Test match he faced his brothers Alec and George who made their only appearances for England.
